This website, bookairtravel.net, is operated by Book Air Travel ("we", "us", "our"), an independent travel service provider registered at 23 Seaforth Grove, Leeds, England, LS9 6AL.

2. Our service

We provide a flight enquiry and booking-assistance service. Visitors submit route, date and passenger details by phone or through the forms on this site, and we respond with fare options sourced from airlines and travel suppliers. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation to purchase.

3. Quotes and pricing

Any fares mentioned on this site (including on the Flight Deals page) are illustrative and are not a guaranteed price. The fare you are quoted by phone, including all taxes and fees, is the price that applies once you agree to book — fares are subject to airline availability and can change at any time before payment is taken.

4. Making a booking

A booking is only confirmed once you have agreed to a specific fare and total price and payment has been taken. At that point, the fare rules, baggage allowance and change/cancellation terms of the airline ticket you purchase will apply — we explain these to you before you pay.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate names, exactly as they appear on the travel document used at check-in.
• Check passport validity, visa requirements and any health/entry requirements for your destination.
• Review the fare rules and confirmation details we send you before travel.

6. Our liability

We act as a booking intermediary between you and the relevant airline or supplier. Once a ticket is issued, the contract of carriage is between you and the airline, and their conditions of carriage apply. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or denied boarding, though we will assist you in dealing with the airline where we reasonably can.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
